Bob C. Peterson
Local Artist, Robert C. Peterson,
showed his work at Teas Landscape Office August 2007 and December
2000 through February 2001. Peterson is a member of the Houston
Civic Arts Association. Peterson is very good at interpreting
his subjects to offer an intense vision of their reality.
His paintings are traditional studies of various subjects.
Landscapes and portraits are on exhibit at the nursery. Mr.
Peterson began painting in 1962 while he was working in Iran
as an engineer. At that time he had to use the very primitive
materials that were available in the market.
Teas Nursery is inviting
a different artist each month to exhibit selected pieces
of their work in the Teas Landscape Office at 4400 Bellaire
Blvd., just inside the West Loop. The pictures will be on
view from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
