Site Visit
Teas Landscape Architect meets with client at
their home or business in the greater Houston area.
Survey
Teas Landscape Architect measures existing conditions
of site for accurate base map. Any existing blue prints are
helpful.
Design
Teas Landscape Architect develops hand-drawn landscape
design according to client's personal lifestyle & needs,
including planting design, hardscapes (paving, wood structures,
furniture, artwork, etc.), irrigation systems using Rainbird
parts, outdoor lighting, drainage layouts - etc.
AutoCAD
Presentation drawings are drafted & plotted
through computer aided design/drafting software. A clear drawing
you can count on for accuracy. Revisions are no problem for
this system. Saves money compared to hand drawing.
Estimating
Estimate detail sheets & contracts for installation
of landscape plan are generated.
Presentation
Teas Landscape Architect presents & explains
landscape plan & estimate for installation to client. Normally
this meeting takes place at the nursery in order to show specific
plant and hardscape materials.
Installation
All materials are ordered and/or pulled for each
job, then stored in landscape holding lot until time of installation.
We have installation crews available for landscape plantings,
irrigation, and pavestone.
Follow Up
All jobs are inspected to ensure satisfactory
completion.
